A Roman Wedding With Catering This wedding package is for 100 guests. Each Wedding is different as we put our creativity to work and try to reflect the inner spirit of each and every couple we meet. This package available between 2—6pm Ceremony in Roman Statuary Garden (Parthenon accented with Fresh flowers in Large Urns) Wrought Iron Candelabras and Lanterns White Wrought Iron Candelabras with Pillar Candles Unity Candle Stand—Candle not included Trees/Shrubs decorated with Twinkle Lights Parthenon decorated with fabric Fresh Rose Petals in Victorian Cones for Departure Use of Guest Book Table with Linen Use of Gift Table and Linen Traditional Music Wedding Coordinator Non-Denominational Minister Use of Bride’s Dressing Room Traditional Wedding Reception to include: Seasonal Fruit Display w/Chocolate Dipped Strawberries International Cheese Tray w/Crackers Vegetable Crudite’ w/Spinach Dip Meatballs—BBQ or Swedish Assorted Finger Sandwiches and Party Spirals Fried Chicken Wings Rum Roasted Pecans Cream Cheese Mints Sparkling Fruit Punch Plates, Cups, Napkins Eating & Serving Utensils Tables and Linens Table Decorations Food Placement Reception set-up/Clean-up Set-up/Clean-up for Event Use of Facility for 4 hours (1 hr. pre-wedding, 3 hrs. wedding & reception) This Menu may be customized No Silk Rose Petals , gum or Rice Allowed! Due to a sound ordnance in our location, we must close by 10:00 pm $3800.00 (Plus Tax & 17% Gratuity) $300 Non-Refundable Deposit due at time of booking date. Marriage License is not included. License is an additional $76.00. Balance is due 30 days prior to wedding date. Cancellation must be in writing 30 days prior to ceremony date. Any monies due for refund will be less the Deposit amount. If notice is less than 30 days from actual date, money will be forfeited.
